Rentals that are not returned by the due date will have a rental not returned fee charged to your student account, and the item will be converted into a purchase. Billed materials can be returned within 14 days of their billing date for an 80% refund. Contact the Campus Store, or Customer Support, for assistance. Alternatively, you can proactively find buyout options for any current rental book under the "My Course Materials" tab on this website, or by reaching out to the Campus Store or Customer Support.
